Terms & Conditions

Booking a ProHides Photographic Hide indicates a complete and unconditional acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

  1. ProHides and Helen Browning’s Organic accepts no responsibility for any damage or theft to personal property whilst using any Photographic Hide or parking facilities.
  2. ProHides and Helen Browning’s Organic accepts no responsibility or liability for personal accident and or injury.
  3. ProHides Photographic Hides are situated on a working farm. Extreme care should be taken at all times when outside. Fields contain livestock and farm machinery is constantly in use.
  4. Periodically, and at the sole discretion of Helen Browning’s Organic, these terms and conditions may change.

ProHides Photographic Hide Bookings

  1. Booking a ProHides Photographic Hide is made in good faith and in the understanding that this is wildlife. There are no controlled conditions.
  2. ProHides will not guarantee the presence of wild animals in the vicinity of the hide.
  3. Payment for using a ProHides Photographic Hide, must be made in full, prior to arrival.
  4. Completed bookings are non-refundable.
  5. In cases where ProHides is aware of current or potential disruption to hide activity, clients will be offered a refund or rescheduling of their booking.

ProHides Photographic Hide Restrictions

  1. In booking a ProHides Photographic Hide, clients agree to remain in the hide at all times, unless specifically instructed to leave or are escorted.
  2. Photography is only permitted from within a ProHides Photographic Hide.
  3. Clients found outside ProHides Photographic Hide will be immediately escorted from the premises and barred from future use of ProHides Photographic Hides.
  4. Clients found outside a ProHides Photographic Hide for Schedule I protected species will be immediately escorted from the premises, barred from future use of ProHides Photographic Hides, reported to Natural England, the RSPCA and the Police for violation of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 as amended by the Environmental Protection Act 1990. It is an offence to intentionally disturb any of these species during the breeding season without a valid licence.
  5. All use of callers, sound recording playbacks, and mimicry devices are strictly prohibited. All clients found using these methods will be immediately escorted from the premises, barred from future use of ProHides Photographic Hides. In any instance involving Schedule I Protected Species, all clients will reported to Natural England, the RSPCA and the Police for violation of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 as amended by the Environmental Protection Act 1990. It is an offence to intentionally disturb any of these species during the breeding season without a valid licence.
  6. Hidden trail cameras monitor the hides and activity outside the hides at all times and will be used to support actions undertaken in clause 3, 4, 5 above.
  7. Smoking inside a ProHides Photographic Hide is strictly prohibited.
  8. Clients are requested not to urinate or defecate around the hides.

ProHides Photographic Hide Cancellations

  1. Cancellation of a booking must be made in writing via email to info@prohides.com.
  2. Cancellation of a booking must be submitted at least fourteen (14) days prior to the booking date.
  3. Cancellation of a booking submitted within fourteen (14) days of the booking date are 100% non-refundable.
