On the 27th June, the Little Owl chicks emerged for the first time right in front of our very lucky client, Kyra Wilson. The chicks stayed inside the farmhouse window but were clearly visible, flapping away as mum returned with every food delivery. So far, 3 chicks have been seen. Little Owls usually have 3-4 young in their brood, with eggs laid 24-48hrs, one after the other, so the chicks are always different sizes. We’ll keep you updated as the chicks develop and begin venturing outside.
